A dreamy and fluffy white chocolate whipped ganache that transforms ordinary desserts into extraordinary treats.

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream: Start by heating 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the chopped white chocolate until it melts completely.
  3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. Whip the remaining 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a clean bowl until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled white chocolate mixture.
  6. Use the whipped ganache immediately to fill cakes, frost cupcakes, or layer with other desserts.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days; rewhip before serving.
