A luscious and fluffy whipped strawberry ganache made with white chocolate, perfect for frosting cakes or filling cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add the chopped white chocolate to the hot cream and stir until smooth and melted.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Stir in the strawberry puree, sugar (if using), and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture until cold and slightly thickened, about 60 minutes.
  6. Whip the ganache using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  7. Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Don’t rush the chilling process for a perfect fluffy texture.
