  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather the frozen watermelon cubes in a blender.
  2. Add the lime juice and honey or agave syrup, if desired.
  3. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  4. Taste the sorbet and add more sweetener if needed, then blend again.
  5. Choose to serve immediately for a soft texture or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
