A lighter version of chocolate mousse made with silken tofu, offering indulgence without the guilt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block silken tofu
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Blend the silken tofu and warm melted chocolate in a blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture is velvety smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup if desired.
  5. Chill the mousse in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Top with coconut whipped cream or fresh berries for added flavor.
