  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Valentine’s Day heart sprinkles
  • Ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a skillet or oven-safe pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  6. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared skillet.
  7. Sprinkle Valentine’s Day heart sprinkles on top.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with ice cream.
