A luxuriously sweet salted caramel buttercream that transforms any dessert into an extraordinary treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 24 tablespoons heavy cream or milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Creaming the butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing well after each addition.
  3. Pour in the salted caramel sauce and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the salt and cream/milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Use immediately to frost or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

Ensure butter is softened for easy blending. Adjust powdered sugar for desired thickness.
