A rich and velvety buttercream frosting made from sweetened condensed milk and unsalted butter, perfect for cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Whip the butter to creamy perfection. In a mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk while continuing to beat until smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.
  4. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

Ensure butter is at room temperature for best results. Can adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
