  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup milk (any type, if needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  6. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin cups about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let the brownie bites cool for a few minutes in the tin before removing.
