A luscious Pistachio Mascarpone Frosting that adds a nutty richness to cakes and cupcakes, transforming any dessert into a masterpiece.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely ground pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk (if needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  2. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Incorporate the powdered sugar gradually and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the ground pistachios and vanilla extract.
