A creamy and dreamy peanut butter mousse that transports you back to childhood. Perfect as a dessert or filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
