A decadent frosting that captures the essence of Oreos, perfect for cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, crumbled
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine mascarpone cheese and heavy cream in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the mixture on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Add in the crumbled Oreo cookies and mix gently.
  4. Sweeten with powdered sugar and vanilla extract if desired, then mix until well combined.
  5. Use the whipped frosting to decorate cakes or cupcakes, piping it as needed.

Notes

Store leftover frosting in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Re-whip before use.
