Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (pastel colors)
  • 1/4 cup corn starch (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and marshmallows over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and stir well.
  3. Gradually add in the powdered sugar until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into portions and add food coloring to each.
  5. Shape the dough into egg forms dusting your hands with corn starch.
  6. Allow the eggs to sit until they firm up.

Notes
