  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

  • 12 tablespoons milk or heavy cream (optional)

  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
  3. Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, then mix until fluffy.

Notes

For a chocolate marshmallow buttercream, add cocoa powder. Sift powdered sugar to avoid lumps.
