A creamy and refreshing no-bake dessert made with ripe mangoes, whipped cream, and graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango, diced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Lay down a layer of graham crackers in a rectangular dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers.
  5. Add a layer of diced mango on top.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a tangy flavor, add a splash of citrus juice to the cream. Use ripe mangoes for the best sweetness.
