A luscious lemon buttercream frosting that adds a burst of zesty flavor to any dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until combined.
  3. Add lemon curd, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until smooth.
  4. If too thick, add a teaspoon of milk for desired consistency.
