Nutritious and satisfying quinoa bars packed with protein, perfect for snacks or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed quinoa
  • 1/2 cup natural nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/4 cup rich dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Prepare the wet mixture in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and press down firmly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
  7. Cut into bars and enjoy as a snack.

Notes
