Delightful Hello Kitty Cupcakes perfect for birthdays and celebrations, featuring a sweet vanilla flavor and charming decorations.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pink and white frosting
  • Edible decorations (for Hello Kitty facial features)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  5. Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
  8. Frost with pink and white frosting and decorate to create Hello Kitty’s face.

Notes

Sift flour for lighter cupcakes. Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
