A delightful cookie butter frosting made with mascarpone and Biscoff cookie butter, perfect for cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipped cream
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the Biscoff cookie butter until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
