  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan to ensure your creation slides out easily once it’s baked.
  2. Creaming together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until you achieve a smooth and fluffy mixture.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring they blend well into the mixture. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let your cake cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
