A stunning chocolate dome filled with a creamy mascarpone mixture, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of silicone dome molds with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the mascarpone filling by blending mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Combine the whipped cream with the mascarpone mixture gently.
  6. Fill the chocolate shells with the mascarpone mixture.
  7. Seal the tops with remaining melted chocolate and chill for 1 hour.
  8. Serve by gently removing from molds and placing on a plate.

Notes

Dust with cocoa powder or garnish with edible gold leaf for an elegant touch.
