A luscious and creamy frosting infused with fresh blueberries, perfect for cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Puree the blueberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Cream the cream cheese and butter together in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  3. Incorporate the blueberry puree and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Sweeten by gradually adding the powdered sugar, mixing until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Frost cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts as desired.

Notes

Store leftover frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Can be frozen for up to two months.
