  • 12 tablespoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir well.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
  3. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently once the mixture thickens.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
