A delicious and creamy frosting made with Biscoff spread, perfect for cupcakes and layer cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 24 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  2. Add the Biscoff spread and mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed.
  4. Add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Mix on medium speed until fluffy.
  7. Use immediately to frost cupcakes or layer cakes.

Notes

Store leftover frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
